Guide to Istanbul:
Arrive at Sabiha Gocken International Airport. From Sabiha to Istanbul, take the bus of Havabus for 25TL. Stop at Taksim.
From Taksim, take the furnicular then change to metro and stop at Sultanahmet. Please top up your Istanbulkart (similar what we use in Malaysia, Touch n Go) for 60TL. This card can share for two people.

Take the train from Sultanahmet to Kabatas station. You have to use Istanbulkart. In Kabatas, to furnicular and stop at Taksim (still using Istanbulkart), wait for Havabus (25TL) and arrives at Sabiha Gocken airport. Take the flight to Kayseri (please book your ticket earlier using website: pegasus). In Cappadocia, there are two airports which are Kayseri and Nevsehir. Just choose which one convenient and cheaper for you.
If you want to experience sleep in a cave, you should be checked in into Dorm Cave by Travellers. From Kayseri airports they have shuttle bus to take you here. Just pay them 25TL per person.
