AYAM MASAK KICAP PEDAS DAUN KARI

Kayu manis
Bunga lawang
Buah pelaga
Cili kering blender
Bwg beso (hiris)
Bwg Putih (hiris)
Halia (hiris memanjang)
Cili padi hijau/merah (belah dua)
Daun kari
Air Asam jawa
Kicap
Air ckit utk kuah
Garam (jika perlu SBB dh ada kicap kn..

CARA PENYEDIAAN:
.
Ayam (goreng dulu tapi jangan goreng garing sangat)
*Tumis kayu manis, bunga lawang, buah pelaga dan bahan hiris dan daun kari smpai naik bau.. Pastu masukkan cili blender n Tumis smpai garing..

*Dah garing masukkn air Asam jawa ckit, kicap n air.. Biar kuah mendidih dulu..

*bila kuah dah mendidih masukkan ayam goreng.. Masukkan garam (jika perlu), aji dan gula secukup rasa..

*biarkan mendidih lagi skali dan masukkan bawang hiris bulat dan cili padi.. Siap..
